First I wish to apologize for not posting for so long. The reboot process is taking a bit longer than I had hoped. I’ve got 5 more episodes written and a rough draft almost finished on a sixth episode. As soon as I have the rest of season 1 written I’ll get recording. This way when I start releasing again I’ll be able to do it on a weekly basis without interruption. In the mean time I am going to post episode 9 in printed for only. This will be the first of the reboot episodes. What I need is some input please. I’m inviting everyone to be my First Readers. Leave Comments, email me, whatever you’d like to do. Contact Me I also just purchased a pro style Mic. a SHURE SM58 . Also I heard from Alachia a while ago and shes interested in doing an interview with me when I’m ready to release the reboot. I really enjoyed talking with Alachia so this is just that much more motivation to get Season 1 written. One other thing that has held me up is my acting troupe (The Acme Actors) is putting on a show. The Foreigner at the High Springs Community Theater. So I’m losing a couple of weeks getting this up and running. One more thing I want to add to this is GalaxyBillies has wrapped up. I did a fair bit of voice work for this and I’m really proud of how it came out. Again thanks for your patience. I’ll get these episodes out as soon as I can

So there you have it. I’m stuck with this curse and I don’t understand why. I mean, C’mon… getting a little girl killed and making her watch as her own brains get eaten has got to be worse than turning some jerk-ass Tauren into a steak dinner, and nothing happened to me for getting that little girl killed. (BIG SIGH!!!) There have been times when this curse has me so down that I think about quitting. I could just stand there and let some stupid ogre run me through with his sword. Then I shake my head and think “well how can I get my revenge if I’m dead.” At this point thoughts of revenge are all I have to live for, although I haven’t given up on the idea of getting the curse removed. When, and if, that day ever comes, revenge will taste like a huge, juicy, properly seasoned fillet o’Tauren mignon wrapped in premium bacon.
In the mean time, however, I gave up bathing and went around smelling like I might be Undead or something in order to keep from having to be nice to people . The more people stayed away from me, the better it was for everyone. I’ve figured out that I can work on getting rid of the curse, as long as I don’t do anything evil in the process. But, just try and get rid of a curse without doing something evil. It’s proven to be impossible so far. I learned this lesson the hard way. You see right after The Incident I figured I’d just go find a priest and get this curse removed. No big deal. Boy how wrong I was. Finding a priest that will tell you they can remove the curse is one thing. Finding one that actually can do the job has proven to be a whole other thing.
The first person I asked was this shadow priest. She said “sure I can remove that curse how much gold do you have on you?”
I got enough (aside) “I hope” come on, it can’t be that much to have a curse removed, right?
Fine, give me 20 gold.
I went ahead and paid her the 20 G up front. Paying up front was never an issue for me. Nobody can outrun any of my minions or my spells. We sat a table and the priest pulled out a small round mirror and placed it on the table. She told me to stare at it. Then she stared into my eyes thru the reflection in the mirror. She said this way she could identify the curse without catching it herself.
“Whistles” Daaaaamn you got a real nasty of a curse there. Ok close your eyes and keep them closed a min.
As I sit there I hear the priest get up and head toward the door. She says.
I just need to get some regents from my horse. I’ll be right back
Nooooo shes not gonna try me like this is she? I knew Priest’s kept there regents on them. If they need them in a pinch having them on the horse doesn’t help. I gave her the benefit of doubt before I did anything.. When I heard her mount up on her horse that’s when I moved. When I got out the door her horse was in full gallop. I just shook my head in amazement. One incinerate coming up. Right when the first few syllables of the spell started to leave my lips, my entire body froze up and I was forced to just watch helplessly as this thief rode off with my gold.
As soon as she was out of sight and unreachable, my bodily functions returned to me. That’s when you know who showed up.
Newa: Ummmmm yeeeah Mega you can’t do stuff like that anymore. Your not gonna be able to kill someone just for stealing from you. You’ll have to come up with other ways of dealing with things like this.
What the hell are you talking about I was well within my rights to do what I was doing
Ummm, no, Mega. As we both know, there’s a big difference between illegal and legal. Whats right and wrong, whats good and evil. Killing someone for stealing is inherently evil.
You mean I just have to let people rob me?
No, stupid, you just can’t hurt them. You’ll have to come up with other ways of dealing with things like this. That doesn’t involve killing people and taking their soul energy.
That’s when life got even more complicated than I ever thought possible.
So Chana, how did it feel when the fireball engulfed your body. Did it sting a little? Were you surprised to find you soul separated from your body? OHHH, I wish I could have seen the look on your face. Yes, I know you’re still here. Remember I preserved your soul so it wouldn’t get separated from your body (even though there isn’t much left of it right now). I know you’re listening to me just like I know you had to watch that Undead Fiend snack on your melon… like it was a melon. (Laugh) Believe it or not you’re lucky for a couple of reasons. Our Undead friend got called away before you had to watch him really violate your corpse. Secondly and most importantly, you’re gonna get another chance at this life.
With that said, what was left of Chana’s body dissolved into nothing. As quick as Chana’s old body disappeared, her new one materialized right in front of me. Even her clothes were clean. Damn I love that spell. The kid was more calm than I thought she’d be, and she didn’t seem too eager to run off and kill anything either.
Welcome back to the land of the living. Good to see you safe and sound. I know you had an unpleasant trip.
Chana: I was dead.
Kind of, your soul was anchored to the earth. So basically the Soulshard built you a fresh shell and stuck your essence back in it. You weren’t allowed to cross all the way over. Where you end up over there is yet to be determined by how you spend this life. Imagine you actually manage to kill off all the Orcs but, when you die, you end up spending eternity with them. So tell me. Do you still want to carry out this vendetta of yours, young one? Or would you rather live.
Chana: I would rather live, sir.
I bent down slowly until I was almost nose to nose with this child. I looked her in the eye and said “Correct answer. C’mon let’s go back to Stormwind.” I pulled out a scroll, tore it in half and a portal appeared. You could see Stormwind shimmering in the background. I grabbed the kid by the arm and said,”Time to step on through to the other side” and we walked on through. With our feet firmly on the ground in Stormwind City we made our way over to the orphanage. Once I had the front door in sight, I sent the kid on ahead. I was close enough to make sure she couldn’t run off. Chana still looked a bit shaken after coming back from being …mostly dead. I did not want to walk in. There was no telling what Chana might say and I did not want to be part of a ruckus inside the orphanage.
It certainly didn’t take long for Chana to rat me out. All I heard was Matron Juuno, but I could tell Chana wasn’t leaving any details.
You went where!?!?
The Orc’s head went all over you??
Guard a flag? What are you talking about?
He did what to you!?!?
You mean he just watched that mage engulf you in flame.
Well that’s not exactly right I thought.
He didn’t do anything to stop that undead thing from snacking on you??
I was gonna do something I said to myself. He got called away before I could. Right then the front door of the orphanage sprang open and I heard this crazy women yell ‘MEGA’!!!
She looked rather surprised when I said “I’m over here.”. I started to regret hanging around. Juuno ran at me and tried to backhand me. I ducked the blow and Juuno’s momentum carried her around in a 360. She spun like a dancer and landed on both feet: still staring me down.
You sorry pile of Elek dung. How could you do all of those horrible things to one little girl in just a few hours?
She needed to be taught a lesson.
A LESSON! SHE’S ONLY 10! YOU GOT HER KILLED! WHAT ARE YOU? SOME KIND OF PSYCOPATH? !!!!!!!
So does this mean were not gonna go out?
GO OUT !! Are you out of your mind!!! With that she stomped off mumbling to herself. ‘Men are so egotistical. I can’t believe he wants me to go out with a psychopath. Probably get me killed…’.
Well this sucks. I was on my way to the inn for a drink and a meal when I got here. Now I’m right back where I started. Only it’s a few hours later. I’m hungrier. I was almost killed and the Matron hates me. Oh well, I guess I’ll just go get that meal and a pint.

Luckily the kid’s dagger dazed the Orc long enough for me to summon my Fel guard “Marredd”. I sent him to go snatch up the kid. I did not want that little brat going anywhere else and creating more problems. I started to cast a Fear spell hoping to gain the upper hand quickly .The spell landed but it didn’t effect the Orc a bit. I took the full force of his charge. I went hurling through the air until a tree stopped me. It hurt a lot. The little wench is gonna pay for this. I was dazed as the Orc raised up his swords. I couldn’t believe I was gonna die like this. It was supposed to be a relaxing afternoon. Now I’m gonna get diced up like an onion. That’s when the Orc’s head got knocked into the tree right above me. I managed to roll out of the way and get to my feet. As I did this, I pulled a vial from my belt and drank from it. My head cleared and I was rid of the affects of the Orc’s charge. I had a clear picture of what was happening. In my minion’s left arm he had the girl wrapped up like he was carrying a log. Apparently he had charged the Orc from behind. He might have even used the girl’s head like a battering ram. Now my Felguard was assaulting the Orc with his ax. I hollered “Chaos Right” 2 seconds later the demon spun to his right. At that exact time a Chaos Bolt left my fingertips and a greenish purple flame hit the Orc right in the face. It’s head exploded sending flaming gore everywhere; especially on the kid.
The now headless Orc corpse slumped over and fell to the earth. Chana started to wail and scream while still being held like a log under Marredd’s arm. I motioned for my Demon to put her down. Then I reached into my pouch, pulled out a couple of Soul Shards and threw them to Marredd to snack on. He earned them. The moment Chana was released she began to shake like a dog sending brain bits and skull fragments flying everywhere. I let her stand there a minute, rubbing the blood out of her eyes. Once she quieted down some I said,
“Let me guess, Orcs killed your parents… but I’d be willing to bet this 1 didn’t.”
Chana: I don’t care. I hate them. I want to kill them all.
You have no idea what you’re talking about. You don’t even understand what death is. However, before this day is over, you will understand death little one. With that said I placed a hand on the girl’s forehead and spoke the chosen words. A couple of seconds later, Chana’s skin glowed a kind of pinkish color for a moment and then it faded back to normal.
Chana: What the heck did you just do to me?
Why nothing, little one. I just preserved your soul for you. We wouldn’t want it getting separated from your body would we? Now walk. You have a lesson waiting.
We headed back to the flag the Orc was guarding. I told Chana to stand next to it while I hid in a nearby barn. I told her this way I could ambush Orcs when they came after her. I couldn’t believe it, she’s just fine with this plan as long as she can watch some Orcs die. Stupid kid, I almost felt sorry for what was about to happen to her, almost. I picked a really good vantage point from inside the barn. It took a bit longer to happen than I thought it might. When it did happen it took me by surprise with how sudden and powerful the attack was. Chana was standing near the flag when a giant fireball streaked across my line of site, blinding me for a moment. I dove behind a pile of hay trying to stay hidden. I peered out from behind the pile and looked out the front of the barn. There wasn’t a sign of Chana nor could I hear her. I stayed hidden for now I didn’t know how many I faced and I was hoping to avoid a fight against a bunch of adversaries . That’s when I felt it. That creepy feeling I get up the back of my neck when the undead are near. I heard what sounded like one set of footsteps. Then I heard the fiend say,
Undead: It seems I cooked myself a nice snack. I see I get to eat some young and tender brains today.
After that I heard a snapping/popping sound. That had to be the kid’s skull being opened like a ripe melon. The gorging, slurping sounds came next. Well I tried not to think about what that was. The moment I was sure he was alone. I began to plan out my sneak attack but I didn’t have to plan much. A battle horn sounded off in the distance. After hearing this my undead friend called for his mount and took off. It seems he was needed as reinforcement for another fight. I took this as my moment to get out of the barn and see what happened. What I saw did not surprise me too much. There wasn’t much left of the kid’s corporeal form. I saw the charred remains. There was an empty skull laying on the ground near the body. Looks like that Undead creature had some brain on the halfskull. I just wandered around for a minute. I kicked the kids halfskull towards her still smoldering remains.
